Account Executive – French Speaking (Expression of Interest)

About the role

SafetyCulture is seeking French‑speaking sales professionals to join its future Account Executive pipeline for the EMEA region. In this role you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on acquiring new logos in French‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales activities across a targeted territory of French‑speaking prospects.
• Build trusted relationships, understand customer operations, compliance needs, and safety goals.
• Drive outbound prospecting, generate pipeline in greenfield accounts, and represent SafetyCulture at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to shape account strategy and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate activity reporting in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or commercial role with a track record of meeting targets.
• Native or professional fluency in French and solid knowledge of French‑speaking market business practices.
• Comfortable managing a sales pipeline, following a structured sales process, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Consultative approach with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
