About the Role

As our Activity Coordinator at Bayford House, you will step into the role of 'Chief Fun Officer,' dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of our residents through engaging and meaningful experiences.

Main Missions

• Design and implement a diverse monthly activities program including arts & crafts, baking, reading clubs, and quizzes.
• Develop personalized activity plans tailored to individual resident needs in collaboration with the care team.
• Lead daily morning and afternoon sessions to foster social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Manage the activities budget and maintain an organized activity planner.
• Organize special events, such as birthday celebrations and seasonal festivities.
• Coordinate with external providers, local artists, and community volunteers to enrich our social calendar.
• Promote therapeutic wellbeing through activities like meditation and wellness workshops.
