Step into history and become the face of one of the world's most iconic landmarks. As an Admissions Assistant at the Tower of London, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming millions of visitors, ensuring their journey into our rich heritage begins with warmth, professionalism, and excellence.

Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact at Tower Hill and the main entrance, welcoming and orienting visitors to enhance their experience.
• Drive revenue by selling tickets, memberships, upgrades, and guidebooks.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding site layouts, daily events, facilities, accessibility, and other Historic Royal Palaces sites.
• Manage visitor flow and queues effectively, including organized arrivals for school groups and tours.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions, Retail, Security, and Visitor Services teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Adapt to operational needs by working both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
