AI Intern – Data & Machine Learning (AI Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated AI Intern to join our early‑stage AI infrastructure team. The internship offers hands‑on experience building, structuring and governing machine‑learning pipelines in a regulated‑industry environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, label and structure datasets for machine‑learning pipelines.
• Assist with data input and maintenance across internal AI tools.
• Support model training, testing and evaluation under senior guidance.
• Document datasets, assumptions and model behaviour for internal and compliance use.
• Develop and maintain simple Python scripts or notebooks.
• Participate in experiments around prompt engineering, model behaviour and risk controls.
• Provide ad‑hoc analytical or technical support to the wider team.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics or a related field.
• Logical, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong written English for documentation.

Required skills

• Python (basic proficiency).
• Familiarity with data structures, CSV files and spreadsheet handling.
• Basic understanding of machine‑learning concepts.
