Apprenticeship Coach – Deliver Business, Digital & Management Standards

About the role

Solent University’s Apprenticeships Team is seeking a dynamic Apprenticeship Coach to deliver Business, Digital and Management apprenticeship standards. You will build strong relationships with both students and employers, assess their needs, and ensure successful completion of the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of apprentices through induction, delivery, assessment and end‑point assessment preparation.
• Develop and adapt delivery materials to suit diverse learner needs.
• Facilitate remote and online sessions that are interactive and engaging.
• Monitor progress, complete timely progress reviews and ensure funding compliance.
• Provide tailored support to both students and employers to achieve knowledge, skills and behaviours outcomes.

Required profile

• Agile, proactive individual with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Occupational competence in the relevant apprenticeship standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, timely outcomes for a cohort of learners.
