About the role

The Assistant Business Manager will act as a brand ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury, supporting the Business Manager in daily store operations and driving sales performance. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while motivating the team to exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial results and meet or exceed store KPIs.
• Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets.
• Lead by example to ensure outstanding customer service and brand standards.
• Coach and provide feedback to Retail Artists, fostering continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain the customer database for direct‑marketing initiatives.
• Implement individual and team development plans with regular two‑way feedback.
• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture through meetings and recognition.
