Assistant Manager – Restaurant

About the role

ASK Italian is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering excellent food and service across its restaurants. You will help lead a diverse team, ensure high standards, and contribute to sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day‑to‑day restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate a team to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain food quality, service standards, and health & safety compliance.
• Support sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Handle scheduling, staff development, and performance feedback.
