Assistant Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Join KFC as an Assistant Restaurant General Manager and help drive daily operations, performance targets and guest experience. You’ll work alongside the restaurant manager to ensure the team not only meets expectations but consistently exceeds them.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team and take charge of day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in achieving performance goals, own key performance indicators and drive results each shift.
• Train, coach and motivate crew members to uphold standards and continuously improve.
• Manage administrative tasks such as rosters, stock control and compliance documentation.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences, turning first‑time visitors into regular customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in a fast‑paced hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong people skills – able to build cohesive teams, handle difficult conversations and ensure everyone feels valued.
• Ability to maintain efficient, clean and compliant operations even during busy periods.
