Associate Sales Manager – Media Intelligence

About the role

Samba, a leading media intelligence company, is expanding its EMEA sales team in London. The Associate Sales Manager will focus on selling data‑driven advertising and measurement solutions to top media agencies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with planning, buying, and leadership teams at media agencies.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing – within a defined agency patch.
• Collaborate with senior AEs and sales leadership to craft compelling proposals and respond to briefs.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, introductions, and industry events.
• Work closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless campaign delivery and strong post‑sale client experience.
• Leverage deep knowledge of agency structures and media buying processes to highlight Samba’s unique value.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a media agency, ad‑tech, or digital media environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ambition to succeed in sales.
• Ability to develop trusted partnerships and communicate value propositions clearly.
• Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑focused environment.
