Bar Staff – Hospitality Role at Birmingham Airport

About the role

Join a lively team at Birmingham Airport serving food and drinks in a fast‑paced pub environment. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive atmosphere for anyone with a positive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Prepare and dispense beverages, deliver food, and ensure timely check‑backs and plate clearing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service across all areas of the pub.
• Perform additional duties such as glass‑washing, restocking, floor and beer‑garden clearing, and toilet checks as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly with a calm head under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and work flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to build rapport with customers.

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.35 (plus £1 extra per hour for midnight‑5:59 am shifts).
