BIM Coordinator – Commercial & Residential Projects

About the role

The role supports BIM delivery across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential architectural projects in a leading design‑led practice. Working closely with architects, consultants and project teams, you will help drive digital design processes to ensure efficient, accurate and technically robust outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate BIM delivery across multiple architectural projects.
• Provide Revit training, guidance and technical support to project teams.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to develop BIM strategies, workflows and model setups.
• Assist in the development and implementation of practice‑wide BIM standards.
• Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders.
• Promote digital design innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritise BIM requirements across several live projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM‑led or BIM Coordinator role within an architectural practice.
• Prior architectural experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Revit.
• Proficiency with Navisworks.
• Advanced experience with Rhino and Grasshopper plug‑ins.
