BIM Coordinator / Manager – HS2 Main Works (London)

About the role

Skanska, together with Costain and Strabag in the SCS Joint Venture, is seeking experienced BIM professionals to join the HS2 Main Works team delivering 26 miles of tunnels and associated structures between London Euston and West Ruislip. The BIM Coordinator and BIM Manager will support the digital transformation of design and construction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and coordinate digital building models for the HS2 tunnel works.
• Maintain project data to enable effective design coordination and clash detection.
• Support construction planning and delivery through accurate BIM information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with BIM on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work within a joint‑venture environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
