Missions principales

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach your team of 7, overseeing recruitment, training, and career development to build a high-performing workforce.
• Business Development: Drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate all on-site departments, including warehouse, logistics, and security, to optimize overall branch performance and stock management.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for both staff and customers.
• Customer Service: Guarantee a premium customer experience by maintaining high service standards and a customer-centric approach.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in retail management or branch leadership, preferably within the construction or trade sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent.
• Results-oriented professional with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing P&L.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex logistics and operational workflows.
