About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Builder to join our team in Greater London. This full-time, on-site position involves a variety of construction tasks, from site preparation to the repair and maintenance of structures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites and carry out building, repair and maintenance work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
• Operate hand tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on the worksite.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction, site preparation and tool/machinery use.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical stamina for labor-intensive tasks and ability to work outdoors.
• Reliability, punctuality and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
