About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Business Development Manager to drive new B2B revenue for Laundryheap, a leading on‑demand laundry and dry‑cleaning service. This remote‑first role focuses on prospecting, pitching and closing partnerships with hotels, serviced apartments, gyms, salons and other consumer‑facing businesses.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect and close new B2B partnerships across target verticals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity KPIs for calls, emails and meetings booked.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline that supports quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Deliver against defined revenue, deal volume and conversion metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to accelerate partner activation and end‑customer adoption.
  • Leverage existing network to shorten sales cycles and grow the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM for forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer success and marketing to ensure smooth post‑sale handover.
  • Represent Laundryheap at partner meetings, onboarding sessions and industry events.

Required profile

  • 3‑6 years of sales or business development experience with a proven B2B track record.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
  • Willingness to travel moderately across London or assigned territories.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
