About the role
UNSW Business School is seeking enthusiastic casual academics to join the Integrated First Year (IFY) teaching team. You will deliver face‑to‑face, hybrid and online tutorials and workshops for the redesigned Bachelor of Commerce first‑year curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate tutorials, workshops and online sessions that integrate business themes across disciplines.
- Prepare and deliver teaching materials aligned with the IFY curriculum.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Complete required administrative tasks associated with each teaching session.
Required profile
- Passionate about supporting student learning journeys.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, teaching or facilitating in a higher‑education setting.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments.
- Motivated to fulfil administrative responsibilities promptly.
- Legal right to work in Australia and an Australian bank account.
