Catering Assistant – School Food Service

About the role

Impact Food Group is seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join the team at Mandeville School in Aylesbury. This part‑time, term‑time position supports the delivery of nutritious meals to students while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the school site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe kitchen and dining areas at all times.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service attitude, preferably with catering or retail experience.
• Ability to work the set hours (11 am‑2 pm, Monday‑Friday, term time only).
• Commitment to child safeguarding; successful candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS check.
