About the role
The Clinical Systems Administrator will join the Clinical Systems Management team to support the safe management of electronic patient records across Leeds Community Healthcare. Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will provide high‑quality systems support for clinical, administrative and information‑governance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Administer electronic patient record (EPR) systems and manage complex patient record merges.
- Provide first‑line support via the Systems Support service desk, responding proactively and reactively to incidents.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, GP practices, the Integrated Care Board and social care partners to resolve record‑management issues.
- Configure and maintain clinical systems to improve data quality and support clinicians.
- Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the support service.
Required profile
- Experience using electronic clinical systems within a healthcare environment.
- Understanding of the complexities surrounding patient records for adoption, gender reassignment and other sensitive pathways.
- Ability to work independently, flexibly and cooperatively in a fast‑paced service‑desk setting.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
