Collectible Team Lead – Seller Onboarding & Activation

About the role

The Collectible Team Lead will head TikTok Shop’s Collectibles operation, driving seller onboarding, activation and growth for trading cards and sports memorabilia. Working fully remote, you will build and manage a high‑performing business development team to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and lead a remote BD team of 10‑15 executives, defining role expectations and performance metrics.
• Establish a disciplined inbound‑lead process covering qualification, pitch customization, negotiation and client onboarding, with playbooks and templates.
• Track core KPIs such as conversion rate, pitch‑to‑close ratio and onboarding cycle time, conducting regular reviews to identify gaps.
• Implement data‑driven optimizations, workshops and tool integrations to continuously improve team performance.
• Foster a transparent, collaborative culture that keeps remote team members engaged and aligned with business goals.
