Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

Manpower is seeking an interim Commercial Finance Analyst to join Unilever’s Home Care Group in London. You will work in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, supporting performance analysis, reporting and strategic projects until December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close and performance analysis for actuals and forecasts, identifying hotspots and driving corrective actions.
• Develop and continuously improve a performance framework to track key KPIs with business units and global partners.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting/planning cadence together with third‑party service providers.
• Prepare and analyse business cases for strategic projects and innovations within the Home Care business.
• Provide finance leadership and partnership across a variety of leaders and functions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Home Care strategy, owning specific initiatives.
