Community Associate (Front of House – Coworking)

About the role

Spacemade is looking for a friendly, energetic Community Associate to be the welcoming face of its coworking space in Wandsworth. You will create a vibrant atmosphere, support members, and help organise events that bring people together.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors, ensuring a warm and safe environment.
• Onboard new members and assist them with any queries.
• Plan, promote and host regular events such as coffee mornings, socials, wellness sessions and pop‑ups.
• Maintain a tidy front‑desk area and ensure the building runs smoothly.
• Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the member experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in coworking, hospitality, theatre or front‑of‑house.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine love for connecting with people.
• Proactive, professional and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Desire to work Monday‑Friday with no evenings or weekends.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
