Community Engagement & Marketing Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Community Engagement & Marketing Partner to strengthen the link between The Cotswold Home and its surrounding community, with a focus on increasing new admissions. You will work closely with the home manager and marketing team to promote our care services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage referral sources such as hospitals, hospices, and rehabilitation centres.
• Organise networking events, presentations and information sessions for local healthcare professionals.
• Conduct community outreach to educate the public about the benefits of our homes.
• Track enquiries, coordinate tours and facilitate trial stays for prospective residents.
• Build and maintain relationships with community groups, businesses, schools and volunteers.
• Develop resources and guides for local teams to manage enquiries directly.
• Promote open days, events and other community initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for families before admission and after respite stays.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in community outreach or marketing, preferably within health or social care.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Commitment to the values of love, inclusion, inspiration and purpose.
