Community Operations Specialist – EU Creator Ecosystem (German/Spanish/Italian/French)

About the role

As a Community Operations Specialist you will be the main link between TikTok Shop’s e‑commerce creators and the platform across the EU. You will drive creator recruitment, nurture a tiered community, and use data‑driven tactics to boost retention and content output in German, Spanish, Italian and French markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach high‑potential creators, manage the end‑to‑end onboarding funnel via WhatsApp and other private channels.
• Run daily operations of EU creator communities, establish SOPs and ensure high daily active usage.
• Monitor global and local trends, assemble “Creator Kits” with trend alerts, guides and task reminders to simplify content creation.
• Analyse community metrics, spot bottlenecks and design incentive programmes that help creators progress from entry‑level to top‑tier.
• Collect creator feedback and collaborate with product, legal and support teams to resolve technical issues and localise platform benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and at least one of German, Spanish, Italian or French.
• Experience in international community or creator operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to perform basic data analysis.
