Missions principales

• Supervise groups of offenders during unpaid work placements within the community.
• Monitor and support individuals on probation, ensuring compliance with their requirements.
• Oversee the well-being and safety of both service users and the public during work activities.
• Operate and drive service vehicles to facilitate work placements and logistical needs.
• Maintain accurate records and provide operational support to the wider probation team.

Profil recherché

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence (essential for driving service vehicles).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally.
• Resilient and capable of working in an operational, on-site environment.
