About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing Service in the Tweeddale locality. You will work in a community setting, delivering person‑centred care to patients in their own homes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care and skilled interventions to a defined caseload of patients.
- Support patients and their families in the community, ensuring safe and effective care delivery across neighbouring localities.
Required profile
- Registered with the NMC as a qualified Nurse.
- Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Full driving licence with flexibility to travel across neighbouring areas.

- Salary quoted for full‑time (36 hrs per week) and pro‑rated for part‑time appointments.
