Construction Litigation Lawyer (5-7 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Litigation Lawyer with 5‑7 years of post‑qualification experience to join a leading international law firm’s Construction & Engineering team. You will represent a diverse client base, including commercial developers, house builders, PFI project companies and investors, often on matters with a cross‑border element.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and advise on construction litigation matters across multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure, private finance initiatives, commercial, industrial and residential projects.
• Liaise with global businesses and specialists in overseas jurisdictions to support cross‑border cases.
• Work with private equity, pension investors and procurement teams on supplier and service disputes.
• Contribute to client and business development activities as required.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 5‑7 years PQE in construction litigation.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in client and business development.
