Consultant – Data Engineering & AI

About the role

JMAN Group is seeking motivated consultants to lead data‑engineering and AI projects for private‑equity funds, portfolio companies, and other organisations. You will work closely with clients on day‑to‑day delivery, develop commercial value through data and artificial intelligence, and grow your technical expertise on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client projects or workstreams, both outcome‑focused and exploratory.
• Manage daily delivery of engagements, overseeing global delivery teams and ensuring high‑quality outputs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand projects or accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, international teams to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable results.
• Produce high‑impact slide decks to communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Drive internal improvement initiatives and act as a mentor for junior team members.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant consulting or data‑focused experience (or 2.5+ years for senior associate roles).
• Strong commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to manage end‑to‑end projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to personal development and alignment with JMAN values.
