Content & Communications Executive

About the role

The British Chiropractic Association is seeking a proactive Content & Communications Executive to join its small Communications & Marketing team. Working remotely, you will help shape the association’s digital presence, engage members, and support the delivery of events and publications across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content and communications plans that boost member engagement.
• Manage website updates, social‑media channels and create multimedia content, including video and graphic design.
• Plan, create and optimise email marketing campaigns such as the weekly newsletter, handling segmentation and performance analysis.
• Coordinate the production of the BCA magazine, liaising with contributors and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver innovative marketing for events, targeting delegates, sponsors and advertisers.
• Maintain relationships with internal committees, external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality content.
• Produce data‑driven reports with actionable insights and support media‑relations activities.
• Provide cover for the Communications & Marketing Manager when required.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable attending meetings and events across the UK.
