Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Oliver Bonas is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join its Support Office in Tolworth, near Chessington. You will set the editorial direction and content strategy across all owned channels, leading a small team to bring ideas to life while aligning with customer needs and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the content strategy for the website, social, email and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand pillars and customer needs.
• Lead editorial planning, building content calendars that connect campaigns, product moments, seasonal priorities and always‑on storytelling.
• Translate brand, campaign and trading priorities into clear briefs, narratives and formats for each channel.
• Identify new content formats, recurring series and storytelling opportunities to strengthen brand engagement.
• Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve content planning and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience concepting, planning and creating multi‑channel content, preferably in retail.
• Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail and ability to manage briefs, calendars and guidance documents.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a clear, customer‑focused tone of voice.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
