Join Novus as a Contract Liaison Officer, a pivotal role dedicated to bridging the gap between our social housing renovation projects and the local community. Based in York with frequent site visits across Middlesbrough, Redcar, Scarborough, and Filey, you will play a key role in ensuring project success through exceptional stakeholder engagement and social responsibility.

Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the local community regarding housing renovation projects (fire door replacements, minor construction works, etc.).
• Manage and implement Social Value initiatives in strict accordance with the Social Value Act.
• Coordinate community engagement programs, including skills development and employment opportunities.
• Oversee customer service excellence and manage any resident complaints or concerns effectively.
• Handle internal communications and produce high-quality technical reports and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project alignment with contractual commitments and client satisfaction.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in stakeholder management, community liaison, or customer service within the construction or housing sector.
• Strong ability to navigate complex social value requirements and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
• Ability to travel frequently to various sites (Middlesbrough, Redcar, Scarborough, and Filey).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and public interaction.
