Corporate Legal Counsel – French Speaking

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a French‑speaking Corporate Legal Counsel to join its global Legal Group in Egham, Surrey. The role supports worldwide business operations, commercial sales, and procurement activities, with a primary focus on French market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, including sales, procurement, and concession agreements with airport partners.
• Structure, review, and manage a variety of procurement documents such as master service agreements, goods sale/purchase agreements, and solicitations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Europe, providing legal guidance on real estate, marketing, IP, technology, data protection, M&A, ESG, and electrification projects.
• Advise business stakeholders on regulatory developments affecting mobility, connected vehicles, and alternative‑fuel solutions.
• Support the Legal Group’s matrixed structure by liaising with specialists in various legal domains.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract negotiation and procurement law.
• Experience with retail concessions, property licensing, or similar agreements is advantageous.
• Fluent in French and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.

Required skills

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of EU and UK legal frameworks relevant to mobility and transportation.
• Ability to interpret and apply data‑protection regulations for connected vehicles.
