CRM Associate – Institutional & Wealth Clients

About the role

Brookfield’s Global Client Group is seeking a CRM Associate to support the Client Relationship Manager for Israeli institutional and wealth clients. The role spans Brookfield’s private‑market asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, energy, private equity and credit.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full fundraising lifecycle – marketing, client due diligence and onboarding.
• Coordinate internal efforts to ensure effective coverage of Israeli institutional and wealth clients.
• Prepare client materials, respond to investor requests and manage ongoing relationship activities.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and build targeted investor prospect lists.
• Organise and attend client meetings, due‑diligence sessions and internal investment updates, providing briefing materials and follow‑ups.
• Maintain and enhance CRM systems (Salesforce) with accurate data and reporting.
• Assist in planning and executing roadshows, conferences and investor events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and a high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to property, infrastructure, private equity or alternative asset funds.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Strong investment and financial analytical/reporting capabilities.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
