CRM Business Analyst

About the role

Christian Aid is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join its Supporter Data team. Working across any of the UK offices, you will help shape and continuously improve the Dynamics365 CRM platform, ensuring it meets the needs of a global charitable organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and propose optimisation opportunities for the CRM system, presenting solutions to the Supporter Data Manager and business users.
• Apply best‑practice Business Analysis techniques, tools and methodologies to drive meaningful change.
• Mentor and up‑skill team members, embedding business analysis best practices.
• Evaluate risks during requirements gathering and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications and prioritise high‑impact initiatives.
• Support Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
• Explore how Dynamics365 can enable and improve business processes in line with strategic objectives.
• Maintain accurate Jira tickets reflecting project progress.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to model As‑Is and To‑Be processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and innovation.
• Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to Scrum ceremonies.
• Commitment to the values of dignity, equality, justice and love.
