About the role
Join JoJo as a Customer Advisor working a 4‑hour shift each week. You will be the friendly face of the store, delivering the high‑level service JoJo is known for while supporting our omni‑channel operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in‑store, providing product advice and personalized solutions.
- Prepare and ship omni‑channel orders, including Ship‑from‑Store and Click‑and‑Collect.
- Handle phone and in‑store enquiries related to online orders.
- Use digital learning platforms to continuously improve product knowledge.
- Maintain store presentation standards and ensure a tidy environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales.
- Strong IT aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Self‑motivated learner with curiosity for product information.
- Excellent listening, empathy and customer‑focused communication.
- Team player who works respectfully with a small store team.
- Flexibility to adapt to store opening hours, including weekends.
- Attention to detail for store upkeep.
