Customer Advisor – 8‑hour shifts

About the role

Join JoJo as a Customer Advisor and become the friendly face of our unique stores. You will provide high‑quality customer care, guide shoppers through our extensive product range, and support our omni‑channel services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in‑store, answering product questions and offering personalized recommendations.
• Prepare and ship omni‑channel orders, including Ship‑from‑Store and Click‑and‑Collect.
• Handle phone and in‑store enquiries related to online orders.
• Use digital learning platforms to continuously improve product knowledge and retail skills.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure a tidy environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Strong IT aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Self‑motivated learner with curiosity for product knowledge.
• Excellent listening, empathy, and customer‑focused communication.
• Team‑player who can work harmoniously in a small team.
• Flexibility to work a 7‑day schedule and adapt to shift requirements.
