Customer Advisor (Retail) – 8‑Hour Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Advisor to join our JoJo store team. In this part‑time role you will spend eight hours per week delivering exceptional service to our loyal customers, both in‑store and through our Omni‑Channel channels.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and helping them find the right items.
• Prepare and process Ship‑from‑Store and Click‑and‑Collect orders daily.
• Handle phone and in‑store enquiries related to Omni‑Channel orders.
• Maintain store presentation standards and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Continuously update product knowledge using digital learning platforms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, listening‑focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and adapt to a fast‑moving environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude and respect for colleagues.

Required skills

• Competent IT and systems proficiency, with quick learning of new software.
