Customer Experience Advisor – Retail Banking

About the role

Join Santander’s Retail Banking team in Winchester as a Customer Experience Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the branch and over the phone, delivering friendly, reliable service while helping them with everyday banking needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with cash transactions, account queries and product enquiries.
• Answer inbound calls to the contact centre and provide accurate information.
• Support customers in using branch technology and protect them from fraud and scams.
• Build relationships, identify solutions and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
• Develop knowledge of Santander’s services and products to better serve clients.
