Customer Retention Agent – Crewe

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Retention Agent to join our Crewe office. You will work on outbound calls to retain existing UK Fuels clients, address their queries and propose suitable Radius solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound telephone calls to existing customers.
• Answer product and service questions and maintain a positive relationship.
• Drive customer retention by acting on feedback and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for Radius products and services.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately.

Required profile

• Experience or knowledge of fuel accounts is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to meet targets.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
