Missions principales

• Assist both internal and external customers regarding parcel collections and deliveries.
• Provide real-time updates on delivery statuses and supply Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Conduct thorough investigations into missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes effectively.
• Collaborate closely with drivers, team leaders, and operations managers to proactively identify and resolve logistical issues.
• Promote company products and services to both existing and new customers to drive growth.
