Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers picking up their vehicles ordered online.
• Provide expert demonstrations of vehicle features to ensure customers are fully comfortable with their new purchase.
• Manage the end-to-end vehicle handover process, including administrative file preparation and vehicle presentation.
• Support customers in the sale of their existing vehicles to Arnold Clark.
• Enhance brand visibility by encouraging and promoting positive customer experiences on social media platforms.
