Customer Success Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Executive to join a fast‑growing SaaS company in London. In this role you will build strong client relationships, drive product adoption and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Support client onboarding and product adoption
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar client‑facing role
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced SaaS environment
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous
