Customer Success Team Leader – Mercedes‑Benz

About the role

LSH Auto is looking for a proactive Customer Success Team Leader for its Mercedes‑Benz division at the flagship dealership in Stockport. You will inspire a dedicated after‑sales team, ensuring a seamless ownership experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the after‑sales Customer Success team, fostering a customer‑centric culture.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries promptly and professionally to achieve resolution.
• Design and implement strategies that increase customer retention and loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales, service and other departments to deliver a unified customer journey.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, identifying opportunities for service enhancement.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in customer service or the automotive industry (preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to inspire and manage a team to meet targets.
• Knowledge of Mercedes‑Benz products and services is advantageous.
