Data Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, build, and deliver robust data solutions that enable business insight and decision‑making. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, production‑ready data products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to interpret functional and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build analytics solutions with modern data engineering technologies, including Microsoft Fabric.
• Deliver well‑governed, high‑quality data products in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work within a multi‑disciplinary delivery team to ensure seamless integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataflows).
• Experience with modern data engineering platforms, preferably Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong understanding of data engineering principles such as data modelling, orchestration, and performance optimisation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering solutions in an oil and gas environment.
