Deals, Transaction Services - Manager (Financial Due Diligence)

About the role

PwC is hiring a manager for its Financial Due Diligence practice within Deals Transaction Services. The team helps organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets, supporting both buy-side and sell-side due diligence on corporate, banking and private equity clients. The role is based in London, with possible travel depending on the client and target.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial and non-financial business information
• Identify key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers
• Write financial due diligence reports (buy-side, sell-side or refinancing)
• Share experience and develop other team members through the deal process
• Understand due diligence processes, including risk management procedures
• Interact with senior management and business owners on performance and commercial issues
• Build internal and external networks and adopt a business development mindset

Required profile

• Degree (field of study not specified)
• Desirable: wide range of client experience, due diligence experience, project management ability, willingness to lead
• Willingness to work visa sponsorship and government clearance
