DevOps Engineer – CI/CD & Cloud Automation

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive adoption and modernization of DevOps technologies across all application development teams. You will work closely with developers, Cloud Engineering, and Security groups to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable CI/CD pipelines on both on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain on‑premise DevOps tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and JFrog.
• Design, build, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines for native and containerized applications (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
• Containerize existing applications and deploy them to Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop automation scripts and frameworks using Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Monitor and manage code repositories, build systems, and deployment environments.
• Provide technical guidance on DevOps best practices to development teams.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement new DevOps tools and technologies.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience managing on‑premise DevOps toolsets, especially Atlassian suite and JFrog.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and hands‑on experience with Bamboo and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and version control (Git).
• Moderate knowledge of Java and C++ for basic code comprehension.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible) and Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, ArgoCD).
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
