Digital Customer Engagement Manager

About the role

The Digital Customer Engagement Manager will lead the design and execution of omnichannel campaigns that enhance the experience of healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders. Based in London with flexible remote options, you will work closely with commercial, medical and digital teams to translate strategic objectives into measurable customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement holistic omnichannel projects, including email journeys, social media, website and app experiences.
• Manage the end‑to‑end execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and compliance standards.
• Analyse customer data from platforms such as Matomo, Piano, Google Analytics and Salesforce to optimise engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create personalised customer journeys and drive adoption of digital tools.
• Maintain and optimise digital assets, including websites, apps and marketing automation platforms.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or customer engagement, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or an agency environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Strong time‑management, prioritisation and multi‑tasking skills.
