Digital Designer (Visual & Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Digital Designer to shape Lola’s online presence. You will craft eye‑catching website assets, email campaigns, social media visuals and seasonal launch materials that reflect our brand’s personality.

Key responsibilities

• Design homepage banners, landing pages, product page imagery and seasonal campaign pages.
• Create marketing assets for email, social, paid media and CRM.
• Collaborate with the UX Designer to add visual polish to user journeys and maintain the design system.
• Concept and produce visual content for new product launches and brand campaigns.
• Edit and retouch product photography, and brief or art‑direct photo shoots.
• Work with marketers and the print design team to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Partner with developers to guarantee high‑quality implementation of designs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in visual, digital or graphic design, preferably within e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing assets, web design and campaign work.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, composition and detail.
• Ability to work to an established brand identity and contribute to its evolution.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per year.
