About the role

Christian Aid is seeking a Digital Producer to create high‑quality digital content for a UK audience. You will work across the digital ecosystem to inspire action, build supporter relationships and bring the organisation’s mission to life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish engaging digital content that drives traffic and supports organisational goals.
• Collaborate with digital, media and communications teams to ensure a seamless user journey.
• Use performance data to continuously optimise content for accessibility, impact and SEO.
• Source visuals, make technical updates and maintain content standards.
• Ensure all content reflects UK cultural context, language and accessibility requirements.

Required profile

• Experienced digital content professional with a strong eye for detail.
• Passion for creating accessible, user‑centred content for UK audiences.
• Confidence working on CMS platforms and interpreting analytics.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging copy.
