Digital Product Coordinator – POS Systems

About the role

The Digital Product Coordinator will support the delivery and ongoing management of Hyundai Capital UK’s digital point‑of‑sale (POS) system. Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, the role focuses on planning, executing and documenting testing of new applications, functionality, API integrations and small change requests before they go live.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Digital & Innovation Director, Product Manager, specialists and partner agencies to analyse requirements and design test scenarios, objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Execute test scenarios within agreed timeframes, document outcomes and escalate defects for resolution.
• Coordinate releases into the live environment, ensuring readiness, approvals and post‑live quality assurance.
• Manage Business As Usual (BAU) activities for the POS system, including quarterly testing of POS and Finance API/Calc integrations.
• Support the Digital Support Desk by handling tickets in line with service level agreements.
• Plan and prioritise multiple test activities, aligning with department budget and timelines.
• Develop and maintain technical understanding of the POS system, related applications and data sources.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for business users.

Required profile

• Experience in testing digital applications and coordinating releases.
• Ability to manage BAU activities and adhere to testing schedules.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Capability to produce accurate test reports and documentation.
