About the Role

As a Dual Fuel Engineer at Sureserve Energy Services Meters, you will play a pivotal role in the national transition towards smarter, more efficient energy management. You will be at the forefront of delivering innovative smart metering solutions directly to residential customers.

Main Missions

• Perform professional installation and exchange of gas and electricity smart meters in domestic settings.
• Provide high-quality after-sales service, including comprehensive demonstrations of new meter functionalities to customers.
• Conduct essential repairs and routine maintenance on meters following initial installation.
• Ensure all technical works comply with safety standards and provide a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in dual fuel (gas and electricity) meter installations.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and demonstration skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high technical and safety standards.

• Competitive base salary (£39,923 - £41,571) with uncapped OTE (£48,000 - £53,000).
